The Store Operations legal function supports Merchandising, Procurement, Marketing Environmental, Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Supply Chain and Logistics, Home Services, Product Safety, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Privacy. Prior to joining The Home Depot in 2006, Tom was the Legal Director for Global Operations at Dell, Inc. Tom began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for New York County and also worked as an associate attorney at the New York City law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon and as a staff attorney for the IBM Corporation.
Tom is a 1987 graduate of Georgetown Law and received a B.A. in Spanish Literature from Fordham University in 1984.
